        The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service science (ICSESS 2012) will be held on June 22~24, 2012 in Beijing, China. This conference is sponsored by IEEE,IEEE China Council,IEEE Beijing Section.the conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Software Engineering, Management science and services, Web Information Systems and Applications, Computer Network and Application Technology, Knowledge Management and E-Business and E-Commerce. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Software computer engineering and service science.

        All papers must be written in English and will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP .
