Each paper is limited to 5 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.

All Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore¡¯s scope and quality requirements.
PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers ( .pdf) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System . All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
PAPER PAGE LIMIT:
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
Regular Papers: Up to 5 extra pages may be purchased at 500 RMB Yuan per extra page.
PAPER REVIEW PERIOD
The paper review period is about 3weeks after your submission. We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.
